As a life coach specializing in assisting law enforcement officers, my goal is to help you discover and achieve your God given potential, bringing it to a level you might have believed unattainable. Utilizing my thirty years of Law Enforcement and Life experience I will guide you through the various stages of personal and professional development. The journey begins with a relationship built on trust, and sustained through mentorship. You are not alone!

John Kelly is a thirty-year veteran of the Broward County Sheriff’s Office, one of the largest sheriff’s offices in the country. John has been fortunate enough to have worked in and supervised the following units: Patrol, Investigations, K-9, Training, and for the past six years, the Motorcycle Unit.

Addressing the whole of the person is the focus of this program. Examining the personal, professional, financial, physical and mental health of the officer. Long overdue conversations are had, and the notion of you taking care of you is stressed. Early intervention and enlisting the
peer-to-peer network is encouraged. We are morally obligated to be there for each other.
